On Friday, July 20th I had a great time attending Red Rock Behavioral Health Service's grand opening and open house in Weatherford, Oklahoma where 43 of my photos on metal have a home on the walls of this beautiful new facility. The artwork includes pieces that were 51" x 84" as well as many 40x60's, 32x48's and a few 24x36's as well. Being an Oklahoma based company, 80% of the images displayed in the facility are photos I captured in the state of Oklahoma so this is a wonderful representation of our state. Landscapes, nature and wildlife scenes make up a majority of the photos which were chosen based on how to best bring an atmosphere that would help make a positive impact on clientele. I received a tremendous amount of positive feedback and compliments about how the artwork helped make the atmosphere feel warm and inviting and I have to admit seeing how beautifully coordinated the pieces were throughout the building was very special. Guests were given tours around the facility so everyone got a chance to see each piece and it was a lot of fun to tour the building with company CFO. It was such a privilege to be a part of this project and I can't put in to words what it means to have my work be a part of helping to address the mental health needs of the community.
